Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
How to make holiday cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese; gradually blend in crushed pineapple, followed by 1 cup pecans, green peppers, onion and salt. Chill well. Form into ball; roll in 1 cup pecans. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.If desired, omit 1 cup pecans. Use for coating and roll ball in paprika or finely chopped parsley.
