  • chopped pecans
  • sour cream - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped chives - 2 3
  • chopped pimento - 4 Tbsp
  • sprinkle of garlic salt - 1 item
  • or more grated sharp cheese - 1 (8
  • or more American cheese - 1 (8

How to make cheese ball:

Mix cheese and sour cream together. Mix all other ingredients together, saving the nuts and parsley, with the cheese. Form cheese into balls and roll in the nuts mixed with the parsley flakes. Refrigerate until firm.
