Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- cumin - 1 Tbsp
- can diced green chilies - 1 item
- pinto beans - 1 lb
- pork loin roast - 3 lb
How to make chalupa:
Put all ingredients in large pan. Cover with water. Cook 6 hours, covered, at low heat. Add water as needed. After 6 hours, take out bones and break up roast. Cook with lid about 1 hour. Serve this over corn chips and top Chalupa with grated cheese,Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
