Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 2/3 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- sage
- chopped onions - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 7 c
- turkey broth
How to make celery stuffing:
Combine bread crumbs, onions, celery and seasonings. Add melted butter, milk, broth and eggs. Toss lightly to blend. Stuff loosely into cavities of bird. Makes 6 1/2 cups stuffing. Enough for 12 pounds. Ready to cook turkey.Recipe categories: Healthy, Side dish, Stuffings Dressings.
