Applesauce doughnuts
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 5
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- applesauce - 1 c
How to make applesauce doughnuts:
Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix applesauce and soda and add alternately with dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Roll out and cut. Fry in deep fat (350° to 375°). Drain. May coat with granulated sugar or powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 30 mins, Healthy.
