Carrot pudding
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 Tbsp
- finely grated carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot pudding:
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine carrots, sugar, butter, cheese and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold gently into carrot mixture. Pour into greased ovenproof dish and bake for about 1 hour. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Carrots.
