  • Mix ingredients well in a medium size mixing bowl

How to make carrot-pineapple cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients well in a medium size mixing bowl. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.Carrot-Pineapple Cake Icing:4 Tbsp. soft butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 to 3 c. confectioners sugar Mix ingredients well. Cool cake before icing.
