- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 3
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Mix ingredients well in a medium size mixing bowl
How to make carrot-pineapple cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients well in a medium size mixing bowl. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.Carrot-Pineapple Cake Icing:4 Tbsp. soft butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 to 3 c. confectioners sugar Mix ingredients well.
