Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- raisins - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1 c
- oatmeal
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
How to make carrot cookies:
Cream the margarine and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and spices together and combine with margarine mixture. Stir in oatmeal, carrots, raisins and nuts.
