- melted butter - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- eggs, beaten well - 2 item
- c milk - 1/2 item
- little salt - 1 item
- diced carrots, cooked and mashed - 2 c
- Topping:20 Ritz crackers, crushed
How to make carrot casserole:
Topping:20 Ritz crackers, crushed1/3 c. melted butter Drain carrots; add butter and cheese. Mash and mix until butter and cheese have melted. Add milk, eggs and salt. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Add topping and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
