Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- sharp cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- to 12 carrots - 6 item
- bread crumbs for topping - 1 item
How to make carrot casserole:
Slice and cook carrots. Make white sauce. Layer carrots and cheese (end with carrots). Add white sauce and crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
