  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • sharp cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
  • to 12 carrots - 6 item
  • bread crumbs for topping - 1 item

How to make carrot casserole:

Slice and cook carrots. Make white sauce. Layer carrots and cheese (end with carrots). Add white sauce and crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
