  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • cooked carrots, mashed - 2 c

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° until firm.
