Ingredients/Components
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 item
- stick light margarine - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped optional - 1/2 item
- scraped carrots, sliced in circles - 1 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Cook carrots in salted water until tender; drain. Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until tender. Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs, together and put into baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutesRecipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
