- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- coconut optional - 1 c
- 1/2 boxes powdered sugar - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick oleo, melted
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 stick oleo, melted8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar1 c. coconut (optional) Beat together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Add carrots and nuts. Bake inRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
