  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Wesson oil
  • self-rising flour, sifted - 2 c

How to make carrot cake:

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add dry ingredients; fold in grated carrots and nuts. Bake in large flat pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
