Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- Wesson oil
- self-rising flour, sifted - 2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add dry ingredients; fold in grated carrots and nuts. Bake in large flat pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
