- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- coconut - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar
- cooking oil
- Mix as for cake in order given
How to make carrot cake:
Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix as for cake in order given. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.Frosting:1/2 stick butter1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 1/2 c. powdered sugar Cream together real well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
