  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter
  • oil
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • crushed pineapple - 1 (8

How to make carrot cake:

Icing:1/2 c. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Sift first six ingredients, then add eggs and oil. Drain pineapple and stir in carrots. Then add nuts. Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

For the icing, combine butter and cream cheese and then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Put on top of cake and layers also.
