How to make rosh hashanah honey cake:
Grease and line 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans with waxed paper; set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and salt. In a small bowl, combine honey, orange concentrate, oil and coffee. In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat eggs. Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Blend in dry ingredients alternately with orange mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour batter in prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° for 45 minutes or until done. Remove loaves.
