Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- nuts, chopped - 2 c
- carrots, grated - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- bag coconut - 1 (7
- Karo - 1 Tbsp
- Add all dry ingredients
How to make carrot cake:
Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add all dry ingredients. Then add carrots, pineapple and rest of ingredients. Pour into 3 cake pans (or make 2 loaves). Bake at 350° for 1 hour for loaves or for 45 minutes for pans. Check for doneness.Buttermilk FrostiRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
