  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • oil
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • nuts, chopped - 2 c
  • carrots, grated - 2 c
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • bag coconut - 1 (7
  • Karo - 1 Tbsp
  • Add all dry ingredients

How to make carrot cake:

Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add all dry ingredients. Then add carrots, pineapple and rest of ingredients. Pour into 3 cake pans (or make 2 loaves). Bake at 350° for 1 hour for loaves or for 45 minutes for pans. Check for doneness.Buttermilk Frosti
