- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salad oil
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Stir well
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar and salad oil; add eggs. Stir well. Combine next 5 ingredients; stir into oil mixture until smooth. Add carrots and pecans. Pour into 3 greased 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1/2Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
