  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • salad oil
  • ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • Stir well

How to make carrot cake:

Mix sugar and salad oil; add eggs. Stir well. Combine next 5 ingredients; stir into oil mixture until smooth. Add carrots and pecans. Pour into 3 greased 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1/2
