- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- carrots, grated - 3 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- Mix well
- box confectioners sugar, sifted - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Beat sugar, oil and eggs; add salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix well. Add flour gradually, then carrots and mix.
