Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 lb
- coconut - 1 lb
- powdered sugar
- bag chocolate chips - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- Chocolate:1 bar wax
How to make coconut squares:
Chocolate:1 bar wax1 bag chocolate chips Mix sugar, pecans and coconut in large bowl. Melt butter in a small saucepan, remove from heat and add Eagle Brand. Pour butter and Eagle Brand mixture over coconut mixture. Mix well. Put mixture in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and press. Refrigerate until hard. Cut in small squares and dip in chocolate (melted wax and chocolate chips). Keep chocolate warm while dipping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
