Ingredients/Components
- flank or skirt steak - 3 3
- red wine - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- coarse ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make carne asada:
Marinate steak in deep bowl 1 hour. Best overnight. Grill over hot fire 4 to 5 minutes for rare steak. Flank steak takes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
