Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- pecans - 1 item
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make caramel pudding:
Combine ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Boil over low heat until mixture is thick, stirring constantly. Place in a dish alternately with pecans and vanilla wafers. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Lunch/snacks.
