Ingredients/Components
- sugar, melted in skillet - 1/2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk
How to make caramel pie:
Cream yolks, sugar and flour; add milk. Stir into melted sugar. Stir and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with either meringue or whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
