  • sugar, melted in skillet - 1/2 c
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk

How to make caramel pie:

Cream yolks, sugar and flour; add milk. Stir into melted sugar. Stir and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with either meringue or whipped cream.
