  • bell peppers - 6 item
  • oregano - 2 Tbsp
  • hot sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • large onions - 3 item
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • small cans tomato paste - 6 item
  • bushel tomatoes, scalded, skinned and cut up - 1/2 item

How to make canned spaghetti sauce:

In large cooker, combine the first 9 ingredients. Cook 2 hours. Add tomato paste. Cook 2 more hours. Can and seal.
