  • flour - 3 c
  • unbeaten eggs - 3 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • cooking oil
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • mashed bananas - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 8 oz
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla
  • nuts if desired - 1/2 c

How to make cake that doesn't last:

Mix by hand, well, until blended. Pour in greased and floured Bundt or angel food pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1 hour and twenty minutes depending on heat of your oven. May use 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired.
