  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
  • box cake mix any flavor - 1 item
  • cereal any kind - 1 c

How to make cake mix cookies:

Empty cake mix package into mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 9 to 13 minutes.

Fruit flavor cake mixes and Rice Krispies make good cookies. A family favorite is yellow cake mix and granola.

For a treat, you can add chips (any flavor), raisins, nuts, etc. These are yummy and fun to make!
