Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- flaked coconut - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- pistachio instant pudding
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 5 Tbsp
- crushed gingersnaps - 22 item
- tub whipped topping - 1 (8
- bananas, sliced lengthwise - 3 item
- sliced strawberries or 1 can cherry pie filling - 2 pt
How to make banana split pie:
Mix the gingersnaps with melted butter. Pat into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 300°. While the crust is baking, mix together the whipped topping, pudding and pineapple.
