Cake mix cookies

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1/3 c
• chocolate chips - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• yellow or white cake mix - 1 pkg
• soft butter or margarine - 1/4 c
• coconut or chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make cake mix cookies:

Combine cake mix, butter, milk and egg. Beat on low speed until very stiff dough forms. Mix in chips and coconut or nuts. Drop by teaspoonful 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet or first drop into powdered sugar and turn with a fork. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
