Cajun shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 1/2
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- ground rosemary - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 4 Tbsp
- Tabasco - 2 tsp
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- salt may omit - 2 tsp
- raw shrimp in shells - 5 6
- lemons, 2 juiced and 2 sliced - 4 item
How to make cajun shrimp:
In bowl, mix all ingredients except lemon slices and uncooked shrimp. Pour about 1/2 cup of sauce to cover the bottom of a large baking dish and arrange layers of shrimp and lemon slices, leaving 1 or 1 1/2 inches to top of dish. Pour remaining sauce over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, stirring once or twice, until shrimp are cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes. Your guests should peel their own shrimp and dip French bread in sauce.
