Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 Tbsp
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- large can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- small cabbage head, cut into pieces - 1 item
- onion, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make cabbage beef soup:
Steam cabbage. Cook ground beef and drain excess fat. Mix all ingredients in large pot and add 1 tablespoon Wesson oil. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 1 hour.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Beef.
