Ingredients/Components
- envelope Italian salad dressing mix - 1 item
- cup margarine - 1/2 item
- to 6 large potatoes - 5 item
- to 1/2 cup water - 1/4 item
How to make italian potatoes:
Wash and slice potatoes but do not peel. Put in shallow 2 quart casserole dish. Melt margarine and brush on top of potatoes, then sprinkle with salad dressing mix over the top. Pour water over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
