Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • medium head cabbage - 1 item

How to make cabbage au gratin:

Chop cabbage. Cook 10 minutes in salt water; drain. Mix all together in 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Heat milk, soup and cheese until cheese is melted. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
