Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 1 c
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix sugar and flour. Separate egg yolk from white. Mix yolk and water and mix with sugar and flour. Cook. When nearly cooked, add butter and vanilla. Pour in baked crust. Beat egg whites and about 2 teaspoons sugar. Place on top of pie and brown in oven. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
