Peaches and cream pie
Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1/2 c
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Flour - 3/4 c
- Milk - 1/2 c
- Cream Cheese - 8 oz
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Oleo - 3 Tbsp
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1 item
- size - 1 box
- can of Sliced Peaches - 20 oz
How to make peaches and cream pie:
Mix together salt, oleo, egg, milk, and pudding and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan and press around evenly. Place sliced peaches (drain and keep juice) in pan. Beat together cream cheese, 3 Tbsp. peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until creamy. Spread over peaches to within 1 inch of edge of pan. Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
