Butterscotch peanut fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- chopped peanuts - 1 c
- chunky peanut butter - 2/3 c
- tiny marshmallows
How to make butterscotch peanut fudge:
In saucepan, combine butterscotch pieces, milk and marshmallows; stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat; beat in peanut butter, vanilla and dash of salt. Stir in nuts. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan; chill. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 48 pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
