Butterscotch peanut fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- chopped peanuts - 1 c
- tiny marshmallows
- chunky style peanut butter - 2/3 c
How to make butterscotch peanut fudge:
In saucepan, combine butterscotch pieces, milk and marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat. Beat in peanut butter, vanilla and a dash of salt. Stir in nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
