Butterscotch nut fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
How to make butterscotch nut fudge:
In saucepan, cook brown sugar, sugar, marshmallow, oleo and evaporated milk to a full, all over boil (5 minutes). Take off heat. Add nuts and vanilla. Stir until candy is thick and creamy. Pour in buttered 8-inch square pan. Makes 1 3/4 pounds of fudge.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
