  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • Eagle Brand milk - 1 (14

How to make butterscotch cheesecake bars:

In medium saucepan, melt morsels and margarine. Stir in crumbs and nuts until crumbly. Press half the mixture firmly into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour on top of crumbly mixture in pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Makes 24 bars. Delicious!!
