- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
Mix butter, sugar, flour, eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°. Continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
