- buttermilk - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Beat buttermilk and eggs in bowl first, then add buttermilk. Mix 1/2 cup flour, soda and salt, then add another 1/2 cup flour and add to milk and egg mixture. Test for thickness on griddle. (Add milk or flour to thicken or thin.)Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Northeastern U.S..
