Buttercream icing

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• powdered sugar - 4 c
• Crisco - 1 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make buttercream icing:

Mix powdered sugar, Crisco, margarine and milk together. When fluffy, add vanilla, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. If you desire, color; add your food coloring.
