Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- whipping cream - 1/3 c
- food coloring of choice - 1 item
How to make butter cookies:
Frosting:1/4 c. butter3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla food coloring of choice Mix flour and butter together with pastry blender, then add whipping cream. Roll pretty thin, but thick enough to ice. Cut out with round cutter approximately 2 inches in diameter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden.Frosting: Mix together. Frost cookies when cool. Layer in sandwich style.
