Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- 1/2 cans water - 1 item
- cut up fryer - 1 item
How to make busy day chicken:
Scatter rice on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice. Combine soup with water; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover the last 20 minutes to allow chicken to brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Meat.
