- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- oleo - 1 c
- oatmeal - 2 c
- box brown sugar - 1 item
How to make buffalo chip cookies:
Cream oleo and shortening; add brown sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift and add flour; add oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans, Rice Krispies and coconut. Using 1/4 cup per cookie or ice cream scoop, put on ungreased cookie sheet, 6 to a sheet. For crunchy and hard cookies, cook 15 minutes at 450°. For soft and chewy cookies, cook 6 to 7 minutes at 425° and let cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet. Makes 30 to 40 cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
