Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- oleo - 1 c
- oatmeal - 2 c
- box brown sugar - 1 item
- Chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- rice crispies - 2 c
How to make buffalo chip cookies:
Cream oleo and shortening; add sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans, rice crispies and coconut. Use 1/4 c. measuring cup per cookie or ice cream scoop. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (6 cookies to a cookie sheet). Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
