Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • bar paraffin - 1/2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 oz
  • creamy peanut butter
  • stick margarine, softened - 1 item

How to make buckeyes:

Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla; blend well and shape into 1-inch balls.

Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler. Make sure it's melted smooth. Stick toothpick in balls and swirl in chocolate once or twice. Leave a little bit of peanut butter showing. Put on wax paper or cake rack and chill. Serves 48.
