Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- bar paraffin - 1/2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 oz
- creamy peanut butter
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
How to make buckeyes:
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla; blend well and shape into 1-inch balls.Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler. Make sure it's melted smooth. Stick toothpick in balls and swirl in chocolate once or twice. Leave a little bit of peanut butter showing. Put on wax paper or cake rack and chill. Serves 48.
