Brunswick stew
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- poultry seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- can white corn - 1 item
- fryer or 6 chicken breasts - 1 item
How to make brunswick stew:
Flour, salt and pepper chicken. Brown in frying pan. Remove from the pan. Add the onions, which have been sliced. Brown slightly; drain. Return chicken to the pan. Add the tomatoes; mash tomatoes. Add the water, celery, salt and pepper and poultry seasoning. Cover and simmer. Remove chicken. Cut into pieces and return to pan. Add corn and lima beans.
