Brunch eggs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- bacon, fried crisp - 1 lb
- American or Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- slices cubed bread with crusts removed - 8 item
How to make brunch eggs:
Layer bread, cheese and bacon; beat rest of ingredients together and pour over top. Put mushrooms on top. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.This may be made the night before.
