Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make brownie pudding cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil and vanilla; stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Turn into an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour liquid mixture evenly over batter in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm of chilled in individual dessert dishes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
